Problem Statement

  • Outcome: Updates the spreadsheet with accurate, enriched data, marks record status (e.g., Enriched, Validated, Manual Review), and flags incomplete entries for manual verification.
  • Sync: Seamlessly syncs validated data with Hubspot CRM.
  • Note: Produces a clean, actionable dataset, ready for outreach.

Agent 2: Email & Follow-up Agent

  • Trigger: Daily operation on the enriched and validated leads sheet.
  • Process: Generates AI-personalized outreach emails and sends them via Gmail.
  • Follow-up: Automates a 7-step follow-up sequence through InboxPlus, intelligently ceasing once a recipient replies.
