STEP 1 – Trigger & Data Preparation

• Node 1: Schedule Trigger – Runs the workflow daily at a defined interval.
• Node 2: Google Sheets (Get the Raw) – Fetches the product and influencer image URLs scheduled for today.
• Node 3: Download Product Image – Downloads the product image from Google Drive.
• Node 4: Convert Binary to Text – Converts the downloaded product image to a format suitable for AI input.
• Node 5: Download Influencer Image – Downloads the influencer/model image from Google Drive.
• Node 6: Influencer Image Convert to Text – Converts the influencer image for AI input.

STEP 2 – AI Analysis & Image Generation

• Node 7: Analyze Image – Uses OpenAI GPT-4o-mini to create a detailed ad-focused description of the product image, including lighting, background, styling, and mood.
• Node 8: Image Generation – Uses OpenRouter Gemini API to combine the product and influencer images into a polished ad-ready visual.
• Node 9: Base64 Cleanup – Cleans up the AI output by removing the data:image/...;base64, prefix.
• Node 10: Convert to File – Converts the cleaned base64 output into a usable image file.

STEP 3 – Save & Update

• Node 11: Upload Image – Saves the generated ad image to the specified Google Drive folder.
• Node 12: Update Spreadsheet with Results – Updates the Google Sheets row with the new ad image link and marks it as “Publish”.
